Kevin Rogers and Ralph Bice joined together in 1997 to form Oak Hill Properties. They have a combined experience of more than 50 years in development, sales and construction of residential properties.

Kevin Rogers previously served as the Director of Development for Winchester Homes and for Pulte Homes was responsible for new homes sales, development and building.

Ralph Bice worked with Winchester Homes and Coscan in land development where his key responsibilities included engineering and the development of new homesites.

Oak Hill Properties inaugural project, the Colonnade at Dulles Town Center, is a community of luxury townhomes in Loudon County, Virginia. Oak Hill has since completed the single-family home communities of Carriage Mill Farms and Sandhill Estates located in Howard County Maryland.

Oak Hill Properties is currently offering homes in the following communities:

• The Villages at Round Hill in Round Hill, Virginia which is comprised of a number of small villages of single family homes
• Royal Oaks, a community featuring luxury traditional homes on one half acre, within the historic town of New Market, Maryland
• Sonoma East, located in Round Hill, Virginia, will feature luxury traditional homes on lots of 3 acres and larger, will open in the summer of 2006
